"This thing is really light, which is..."
This thing is really light, which is the best part for me. I can throw it in my trunk without any hassle and carry it around easily. The straps are fine too, nothing amazing, but they do the job.

"Customer service left me feeling stuck"
I reached out hoping to get a simple issue sorted out, but the replies were really slow and I never got a clear answer. It felt like I was just being passed along without anyone really understanding what I needed. I get that things can take time, but good support should at least make you feel like someone is trying to help

"Shipping seemed a bit slow"
The bag got here later than I expected, I think, but the tracking was decent and seemed to update okay along the way.

"Started falling apart way too soon"
I didn’t overthink it when I bought this bag, I just figured a decent-looking bag should last more than a few rounds. Unfortunately, the zipper broke quickly and some of the stitching started coming loose not long after. For me, that’s an easy sign it’s not built to hold up.

"Felt great on my most recent 18"
I just carried this bag for a full 18, so that round is fresh in my mind, and it was a nice upgrade. It’s super light and sat comfortably on my shoulder the whole time. I didn’t feel worn out afterward like I usually did with my old bag, which really stood out. The strap could be a little softer, but based on this last round, I’m happy with how easy it is to carry

"Nice looking bag, but the pockets feel almost intentionally small"
I like the way this bag looks and it does the job fine for everyday use. That said, the storage feels tight. The pockets are smaller than I expected, so my stuff ends up kind of jumbled around instead of staying organized. Part of me wonders if they designed it that way so you’d have to buy extra organizers or something. It’s not a bad bag, just not as practical as I hoped
